Russians are returning to the overseas property market – but with smaller budgets and in cheaper locations.
The first quarter of the year saw an increase in enquiries for international homes following a much quieter 2009, according to agents in Russia.
But has this been matched by sales and where are the hot destinations for Russian buyers today?
